Panel opposes idea of making SRS temporary site of used fuel
The Savannah River Site should not have on-site temporary used-fuel storage, according to a draft report by the SRS Citizens Advisory Board. The board said it "does not support the use of SRS as a waste storage site for legacy waste or wastes from other non-site programs." The Augusta Chronicle (Ga.)
