Westinghouse is in talks to run nuclear-fuel operations site in U.K.
Westinghouse Electric, Toshiba's nuclear power division, announced it is in discussions to manage the U.K. Nuclear Decommissioning Authority's nuclear-fuel operations at Springfields in England. The agreement includes permanently turning over ownership of Springfields Fuel and signing a long-term lease once the existing site-management deal ends in March. The news comes as Toshiba seeks to concentrate on its international nuclear power business. The Wall Street Journal/Dow Jones Newswires
