CNEC Huaxing Construction Signed Nuclear Civil Engineering Contract on CAP1400 Demonstration Project with SNPEC
On December 27, signing
ceremony on CAP1400 demonstration project civil engineering contract of
nuclear island was held in Shanghai headquarter of the State Nuclear
Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Li Lanqing, Deputy Director of Engineering
Department of SNPTC, Chen Baozhi, General Manager of China Nuclear
Industry Huaxing Construction Company, Secretary of the Party Committee,
Zhang Weibing and Yu Bin, Deputy General Manager attended the signing
ceremony.
Chen Bozhi and Cao Yongzhen, Party Secretary of the State Nuclear Power Engineering Company(SNPEC) jointly signed on the contract witnessed by leaders form SNPTC, Huneng Group, State Nuclear Power Demonstration Plant Company，Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research & Design Institute and State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design & Research Institute , marking that the first cooperation on nuclear island civil engineering between both two sides was officially started.
On the ceremony, Chen baozhi delivered a warm speech in which he said CNEC Huaxing will strictly fulfill contractual responsibilities, organized advantages of resources and well do the preparatory work to ensure node milestone of the demonstration reactor project FCD (First Concrete Pouring) to be achieved on schedule and the successful completion of the task of building 173 demonstration sub-items.
