The Subcommittee on Environment and the Economy has scheduled a hearing on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in 2322 Rayburn House Office Building. The hearing is entitled “The NRC Inspector General Report on the ‘NRC Chairman’s Unilateral Decision to Terminate NRC’s Review of the DOE Yucca Mountain Repository License Application.’”
